No, we offer very flexible lease terms. Prices quoted are based on a standard six-month lease with the option to renew or vacate at the end of the term. Discounts may be available for those wishing to sign longer lease agreements. Our standard lease is presented in a concise, jargon free document, which is available to view on request. Please note that in order to draw up a lease, a small admin charge of £100 is payable to our agent.
Tenants benefit from 24 hour access. The Seven Hills Business Centre is officially open from 7am till 7pm. But tenants can still gain access to their office via key fob. Subject to fair use policy.
Yes. We understand that business needs change over time and we’re completely flexible. We make it easy to expand your office space as you grow or to downsize if you need to subject to availability. Suites can also be combined to create larger office spaces.
Currently all of our available office space falls within the 100% small business rate relief criteria (extended until 2015). Business rates are the responsibility of the occupant.
